If you are old enough, like me, to remember Saturday Morning Cartoons, and are expecting a revamp of your favorite characters, I guarantee you are going to be disappointed. If, however, you are old enough to remember the REAL Scooby Doo characters and have kids, its going to gel great with them. A lot of the negative 1 star reviewers are just upset because they were probably expecting a feature length film with an actual plot similar to The Mystery Machine story lines they grew up watching. In all honesty, its what I was expecting too. The first fourteen minutes focuses in on them being kids, Shaggy meets Scooby, and then, we cut into a familiar "Scooby Doo, Where Are You? tune, and THEN. it all comes apart. The rest of the film just uses whatever excuses to fill up an hour and plus minutes, instead of focusing in on one major plot story line. My frustrations want to give this 1 star too, I was let down, but I don't have any children to watch this with. Something tells me if you have kids, watching this with them, sharing YOUR memories of them with your children, this film should introduce them and maybe pique their interests towards the old Scooby Doo shows you used to watch, which you can stream also. If you look at it from this perspective, this can easily be a 6 star film.
